Screamin Outdoors is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:
- Shipping is non-refundable*
- A Restocking Fee applies (provided item is repacked according to factory standards & without excess wear.
*Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund
Shipping Policy
Screamin Outdoors typically ships orders via priority mail with the US postal service. We do not offer express shipping. Our shipping rates are as follows.

$ 75.01 and up Free
All items shipped within the state of Kentucky will be charged sales tax. Each customer is responsible for the sales tax charge of his or her state. We do not accept international orders.
